Description of Service

Accounts
You must sign in with a valid GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must have authorization to access the GitHub repositories you connect to Octoboard.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Scrape or collect data from the Service for unauthorized purposes
- Use the Service to violate the rights of others
Free Product
Octoboard is free for all teams. No per-seat pricing, no usage limits, no credit card required. The service at app.octoboard.io is governed by these Terms.
AI Features
AI features require you to provide your own API key for OpenAI, Anthropic, or Ollama. AI-generated content (summaries, reviews, updates) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before sharing it with stakeholders.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process only repository metadata, never source code. You retain all rights to your data.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Octoboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
